About TU Berlin Summer School
TU Berlin Summer School invites international students to experience Berlin during the summer with our unique and specially curated programs. The TU Berlin Summer School is an opportunity for students to broaden their academic knowledge in specific subjects while earning ECTS (EU) or CPs (US) credits.
The summer program is divided into 3 blocks. Course details can be found HERE.
Courses are offered between 12 June - 17 August 2017, and last for 4-10 weeks.

- Courses in Block 2 can only be taken in combination with a four-week course in Block 1 or 2.
- You can arrive during the weekend before the start of the course. Your accommodation will be available from Saturday before the start of the course until the Saturday after your course.
- You should only depart after completion of the program.
This is a fee-paying program and HKUST students will bear the program fee and the costs for travel, visa, insurance, personal expenses and other administrative fees. A breakdown of the fees can be found HERE.

HKUST students can enjoy a discount of EUR 50
per course for up to 3 courses

You are eligible to apply for summer exchange if you:
- will have completed Year 1 by the start of program; and
- have a cumulative CGA of 2.0 or above (Students with CGA below 2.0 may also apply. Offers may be given with special consideration).

HKUST students must apply through the Global Student Programs Office. Individual direct application to the program will not be accepted.

Step 2: The Host Institution Application (TO BE COMPLETED AFTER YOU ARE NOMINATED BY HKUST)
If you are nominated, you will be notified to submit a formal host institution application. Detailed information and application instructions will be provided in due course.
